A Wellness-Focused Store Launch in Caribou Alley

The event was held in Caribou Alley, a charming, flower-filled walkway that leads to Aspen’s exclusive Caribou Club. Guests wandered through the alley to find Goop’s new store — and were greeted by our luxury espresso cart, decked out with Goop branding, a custom overhead sign, printed cups, and a curated menu.

Our role was to provide a welcoming experience that aligned with Goop’s values: clean ingredients, beautiful presentation, and an atmosphere that invited guests to linger, sip, and explore the new store.

What We Served

Flipside brought a full-service espresso bar, complete with classic favorites and handcrafted lattes topped with barista latte art. But the star of the show? Matcha. Nearly 60% of drinks ordered were matcha lattes, a perfect fit for Goop’s wellness-focused clientele.

Every drink was prepared with care using organic whole milk, alternative milks, and house-made syrups — free from the chemicals found in mass-produced products. Guests were delighted not only by the flavors but also by the thoughtful sourcing that aligned with Goop’s clean ethos.
