What is Flipside Coffee?
Flipside Coffee is a mobile espresso bar and coffee cart catering company serving events across Colorado and the USA. We bring delicious drinks, friendly baristas, and fully-customizable espresso experiences to conferences, weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private gatherings!
Where are you based?
We’re based in the Denver metro area and regularly serve Boulder, Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, and beyond. We love to travel for our clients, and have gone as far as Manhattan to bring the energy and vibes to an event!
What’s included in your service?
Every booking includes a full-service espresso bar, professional baristas, top-quality, locally roasted beans, organic whole milk and dairy-free options, delicious house-made syrups, cups/lids, setup, and breakdown. You can also add printed lattes, branded signage, bottled drinks, and more!
Do you do brand activations or corporate pop-ups?
Yes! We’ve worked with global brands, Fortune 500 companies, and local teams to create high-impact coffee moments. Ask us about custom branding options to make your activation unforgettable.
Can you print our logo on the lattes?
You bet! Logo latte printing is one of our most popular add-ons. You can also customize your cart signage, menus, bottled drinks, and more.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, duration, travel, and customizations. The easiest way to get accurate pricing is to fill out our quick inquiry form—you’ll hear from a real person fast.
What do you need from the venue?
We need access to a dedicated, 20-amp outlet (standard) and a relatively flat 5X5 space to set up. That’s it! No kitchen or water source required.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We’re happy to provide a COI for your venue upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
We often book several months out for large-scale activations, conferences, weddings and peak seasons. Last-minute events are welcome too - we’ll always help if we have availability.
We require just a $50 save-the-date deposit to reserve your spot, credited back to you on your final invoice. We recommend saving your date as soon as you’re ready!
