When you reach out for a quote, we’ll factor in everything from custom designs to travel. Every event includes:

First, we get your event information through our website or when you call / email us. We’ll capture your event vision from vibes to guest count, and give you a free custom quote with any branding or add-ons that you’d like included.
When you’re ready to make your event dreams come true, we’ll save your date with a $50 deposit.
On the event day, we will arrive around 75 minutes before the service start time to unload and set-up. Then, it’s time to watch your brand & event shine!!!
After the serving time has ended, we’ll clean up and load out in a smooth disappearing act. Following the event, you’ll receive an invoice for your remaining total. Congratulations- it’s time to bask in the glow of being the hero of your event!
