Flipside is built for large-scale events at the Gaylord Rockies. Whether you need one beautiful coffee cart or multiple beverage stations spread across a major conference, we know how to help the whole event feel smoother, more energized, and a whole lot more memorable. From espresso service to nitro tea and lemonade carts, we can keep guests moving through the convention hall without sacrificing quality or hospitality.
One of our favorite setups at the Gaylord is serving right outside a keynote or breakout hall. When people are heading into a big talk, they want something quick, excellent, and easy. A great coffee bar right outside the room keeps guests awake, engaged, and ready to actually enjoy the content instead of fading halfway through the session.
We also love supporting speaker green rooms and VIP areas. There’s something especially fun about bringing high-level coffee service to the people carrying the event on their backs.
